3. Ajax Systems updates its portfolio segment.

Ajax Systems is a rapidly growing company with an incredible release rate. Its portfolio grows by 30 unique products every year. However, such speed has its side effects. The portfolio becomes less clear as it grows. For this reason, we are introducing its new segment — simpler, clearer, and more intuitive.
There are several key changes. First, there are four new product categories — Intrusion Protection, Fire and Life Safety, Comfort and Automation, and Video Surveillance. Intrusion Protection is further subdivided. It has two product lines: Baseline and Superior. Baseline includes wireless Jeweller devices; for intrusion only. Superior includes wireless Jeweller devices and wired Fibra devices for high-configuration projects. This product line now also includes dedicated hub models — Hybrid Hub (2G/4G) or the upcoming Superior Hybrid Hub (2G/4G).

Additionally, Superior products will gradually be renamed. The addition of "Superior" at the beginning of the name will make them easier to identify. The Baseline product name will remain unchanged.

These changes primarily affect the Ajax website, product packaging, and marketing materials. The Ajax team has begun implementing them, but 2025 is considered the transition period.

4. DoorBell: The first line of defense

Video surveillance has become a vital part of Ajax Systems' product portfolio in just one year. While the product portfolio is on an upward trajectory, it has received a clear addition — the Ajax DoorBell , a video doorbell integrating AI, PIR sensors, and app control.

DoorBell delivers excellent video and audio quality. Thanks to its 4MP camera with HDR and IR illumination up to 6m, images are clear and sharp regardless of lighting conditions. Indoor noise and echo cancellation solutions, along with improved audio output, allow users to speak and hear clearly, even in noisy environments.

Equipped with integrated PIR and AI sensors, the device accurately detects motion and identifies people, animals, and vehicles with very low false alarm rates. Therefore, DoorBell can be considered another perimeter security device.

5. IndoorCam: Professional security, taming

Ajax Systems has announced one of Ajax's most anticipated products ever — the IndoorCam , a Wi-Fi security camera with a PIR sensor, built-in AI, and a redundant communication channel. It's perfect for homes, restaurants, shops, or any other location where using a wired solution would be inconvenient.
Equipped with a 4MP camera, HDR, and IR illumination up to 8m, the device ensures detailed image quality day and night. The PIR sensor detects motion at a distance of up to 4m, while the built-in AI recognizes people, pets, or vehicles. The camera also features a highly sensitive microphone and a high-quality speaker for two-way communication without echoes or background noise.

6. Meet SpeakerPhone Jeweller, a module for verifying audible alarms.

7. Certification News: Dozens of Ajax products receive NFA2P certification.

Ajax Systems recognizes the importance of both international and local standards and continuously strives to have its products certified. Recently, in this effort, dozens of Ajax devices received the French NFA2P certification , making them suitable for installation even in high-risk facilities. This certification is a hallmark of quality for consumers, insurance companies, and regulatory bodies.
Through the certification process, the company has also developed two new products: Superior StreetSiren Plus Jeweller and Superior StreetSiren Plus Fibra . Upgraded LEDs and multiple sound patterns help the new sirens comply with NFA2P. The wireless siren also has a built-in battery allowing the device to operate for up to 10 years in standby mode. 8. BP Jeweller Hub: Off-grid security made simple.

Ajax Systems has drawn the attention of security professionals to an often-overlooked business opportunity — protecting vacant properties. Such locations require solutions that operate without a main power supply, are well-protected from vandalism, and are easy to install and dismantle. This might seem like a challenge, but not for Ajax's partners.

Securing such sites becomes even easier with the launch of the Hub BP Jeweller . This is a battery-powered control panel. Another addition to Ajax's portfolio is the Superior MotionCam AM (PhOD) Jeweller , a wireless motion detector with a leading-edge anti-obscuration system, advanced image verification, and blind spot reduction. While designed to protect vacant properties, this device is also perfect for schools, shops, restaurants, and other public places where there is a high risk of intentional or unintentional lens obstruction.

The anti-obscuration system detects attempts to obscure the lens, apply tape, or paint. Upon detection, the detector automatically captures an image and sends an alert to the monitoring station. Superior SeismoProtect G3 Fibra. This is the first Ajax seismometer designed to detect vibrations from drilling, cutting, and blasting. The device identifies physical forces, such as bending or pushing, temperature changes near the enclosure, and reacts quickly to shocks and tilts. An advanced software algorithm analyzes all vibrations to filter out false alarms.

15. Comfort and Automation: The Evolution of the Product Portfolio

The foundation for the Ajax Comfort and Automation product portfolio was laid in 2022. The company embarked on a journey to change how installers, electricians, and end users experience lighting control. Since then, this vision and product portfolio have evolved.
