Regarding the award-winning products

PRO Desktop is an integrated application for surveillance and installation businesses, meeting the needs of all professionals working with Ajax systems. The application provides object profiling, alarm monitoring, image verification, personnel management, and detailed event logs—all in an intuitive interface with remote configuration capabilities.

The ManualCallPoint (Red) Jeweller is a wireless, resettable push button for manually activating fire alarms, featuring pre-programmed scenarios. When the button is pressed, all fire detectors in the system sound their sirens and notify the user. Simultaneously, the central monitoring system (CMS) receives the alert and calls emergency services. All data is displayed instantly on the Ajax app, including which devices were activated, the time, and location. In life-threatening situations, Ajax's innovative features will implement security measures in seconds: automated scenarios can cut off power, turn on emergency lights, and unlock exits.
