Ajax KeyPad Plus: Ajax Plus Wireless Triggered Keyboard

The Jeweller KeyPad Plus offers seamless and highly secure Ajax system management. With this device, you can easily control security modes, activate Night Mode, and manage individual security groups. The KeyPad Plus supports Pass cards and Tag keychains using virtually uncopyable DESFire® chips, along with multiple access code options. The device connects wirelessly to the control panel at distances up to 1,700 m, and the battery provides up to 3.5 years of continuous operation.

Two authentication methods
KeyPad Plus supports contactless access devices such as Pass cards or Tag keychains, along with access codes for user authentication. Access-related information is logged in the Ajax application. All events, such as user activity and authentication details, are displayed in the log. Administrators can grant, revoke, limit, or cancel access in real time.

Contactless access device
Both Pass Cards and Tag keychains use genuine DESFire® chips, offering the same functionality but different designs. Users can choose the type that best suits their needs. One card or keychain can control up to 13 different security systems. Access devices are sold separately in sets of 3, 10, or 100 pieces.

Complete protection in emergency situations.
The KeyPad Plus has an emergency alarm button (panic button) to activate an alarm. This button can be configured to notify the user, activate a siren, or execute an automation scenario. If the user is forced to disable the system, they can use duress code – pretending to turn off the alarm while actually sending an emergency signal to the security company.

Smart security control panel
KeyPad Plus is an easy way to trigger automation scenarios. Simply change the security mode or press the emergency button, and the Ajax system will:

Automatically shuts off lights, water supply, and electrical appliances.

Close the roller blinds and lock the door when the user leaves.

Automatically activate security mode.

Outstanding battery life
The optimal combination of software and hardware allows the KeyPad Plus Jeweller to maximize the performance of the built-in AA (FR6) batteries. The batteries are factory-tested, and each device undergoes rigorous testing. The batteries can provide up to 3.5 years of continuous operation. Users and security companies can check battery status via the app and receive early warnings when the battery is low.

Expand the scope of flexibility.
In environments with complex signal transmission, the ReX Jeweller extender increases the operating range of all Ajax devices and ensures connectivity to the control center via the Jeweller protocol. The ReX 2 Jeweller supports stable connections through concrete or metal using Ethernet as an additional communication channel. An Ajax system can utilize up to five extenders, providing coverage for multi-story buildings, underground parking lots, and basements.

Comprehensive system monitoring
All Ajax devices automatically diagnose and send status reports to the central control center. Parameters such as tamper-proof switches, signals, power, and sensors are continuously monitored. The Ajax Cloud server coordinates the connection between the central control center and the application, ensuring instant notifications are sent to users, security companies, and the monitoring center.
