• The villa is located in an alley, in a complex residential area.
• Behind the house, there's a ditch that runs right up to the wall, surrounded by dense vegetation.
• The roof next to ours is right next to ours, making it easy to climb over.
• The front yard area has three open sides, making it easily accessible and vulnerable to having its walls breached.

The following criteria must be met:

• Detect and issue warnings as early as possible when intruders enter the protected area.
• Provide on-site warnings using sound and light systems. Ensure that everyone in the house, as well as neighbors and nearby residents, can hear the alarm.
• All users must receive timely and accurate information.
• Minimize false reporting.
• Integrate with existing camera systems, ensuring privacy features.
• Links control the electric door systems.

Based on the above criteria, after reaching an agreement with the homeowner, Guard.vn developed and implemented the security project with the following equipment list:

• Secure the front yard area:
• With its open space and numerous security vulnerabilities, Guard.vn has combined two devices, the Ajax DualCurtain Outdoor and MotionCam Outdoor, to provide security for the front yard area. Specifically:

The Ajax DualCurtain Outdoor will be mounted on the front of the fence, deterring intruders attempting to break in from the front.

MotionCam Outdoor will handle scanning and protection for the indoor yard area. Because the two sides of the yard affect the neighbor's property, it's impossible to install the device in their space. Therefore, instead of using the alarm system on the fence, the scanning will be done within the yard.

With this design combining the two devices, if an intruder attempts to break in from the front yard, regardless of the method, they will be detected immediately before they have a chance to reach the inside of the house.

Combined with two StreetSiren speakers, one mounted right next to the front door and the other on the first-floor balcony facing outwards, even if the burglar isn't scared away by the extremely loud volume, the entire household and neighbors will still hear the warning sound.

Protect the area behind the house:

Due to complex environmental conditions, including canals and tall trees that extend close to the ground floor, protecting the rear area is extremely important.

Guard.vn decided to use DualCurtain Outdoor devices to protect against intruders approaching walls and windows. Additionally, all windows are equipped with a DoorProtect sensor, allowing homeowners to monitor the open/closed status of their windows 24/7 via a mobile app.

By adding a StreetSiren alarm system, no intruder can approach the windows of your house silently.

Protect the roof area:

The adjacent roof created an easy entry point for intruders. Therefore, the homeowner and Guard.vn agreed on a plan to use the DualCurtain Outdoor device to create three virtual barriers, completely blocking all possible access points. This ensures no one can set foot on the roof without the homeowner's knowledge. With its durable design to withstand all weather conditions and advanced AI mechanisms to prevent false alarms, the DualCurtain Outdoor can reliably protect the home for up to three years without maintenance or battery replacement.

Protect the corridors:

Because the buildings are adjacent, the corridors are also a security weak point, as intruders can easily climb over from the neighbor's balcony or roof to gain access to their own balcony. Aware of this issue, Guard.vn continues to use DualCurtain cameras to protect these corridor and railing areas.

Protecting the inside of the house:

Every entry point, such as doors and windows, is equipped with its own Ajax DoorProtect device to control and monitor its open/closed status.

The intermediate hallways and living rooms are equipped with additional MotionCam devices for monitoring and recording images. The devices operate independently of the power supply, ensuring you receive real-time images 24/7, even if intruders cut off the power to the entire area.

An Ajax HomeSiren indoor alarm speaker is mounted near the staircase to ensure the alarm sound can resonate throughout the house, guaranteeing that even while sound asleep, the homeowner and their family can hear the alarm.

Fire protection

Equally serious as theft is fire prevention. A comprehensive security system must ensure the safety of lives and property for users. With the FireProtect 2 – the world's best fire alarm sensor in 2023 – fire detection and warning will be completed as quickly as possible. The version Guard.vn used for this project includes two sensors: a dual-spectrum sensor and a temperature sensor. The device will accurately notify you when a fire occurs, without worrying about false alarms caused by cooking smoke or steam.

Automation and control of electrical equipment

The homeowner invested in a state-of-the-art electric door system, and Guard.vn integrated it into the security system via a relay device. This allows the homeowner to control the door remotely or set up automatic control scenarios when alerts are received from other sensors.
