Guard.vn is proud to introduce a new collaborative project at Novotel Danang Hotel – an icon of luxury and sophistication in Central Vietnam. The project is being implemented by our strategic partner, Bien Son Technology Joint Stock Company (BSC Tech), with the goal of enhancing customer safety during their high-end relaxation experience.

Novotel Da Nang stands out not only for its modern architecture and superior service but also for its impressive VIP rooms featuring private saunas. These unique amenities offer maximum privacy and comfort, but also require advanced safety solutions to ensure a complete and enjoyable experience for guests.

This project marks a breakthrough as the Ajax security system – with its modern equipment and optimal technology – has been successfully implemented, bringing a new standard of safety to the upscale relaxation spaces at Novotel.

2. Challenges

With top-notch service, the private saunas at Novotel Da Nang offer a wonderful relaxing experience, but they also pose significant risks, especially health problems in the event of undetected and unaddressed incidents.

A further challenge lies in the requirement to maintain continuous hotel operation. Installing emergency buttons in each sauna room would not only disrupt business but also incur enormous costs, directly impacting the customer experience.

Furthermore, common wireless solutions on the market require the installation of multiple signal boosters, often one for each floor. Given Novotel's 37 floors, implementing such a solution would be not only complex but also impractical in terms of both time and cost.

3. Solutions from Guard.vn

To address these challenges, Guard.vn has partnered with Bien Son Technology Joint Stock Company (BSC Tech) to implement an optimal security solution using the Ajax system:

• Ajax Hub 2 4G : An intelligent central processing unit that allows for the creation of 32 automation scenarios, such as scheduled security on/off, minimizing the impact of human factors on security.
  
• Ajax Button: Installed in nearly 30 sauna rooms, this emergency button allows customers to easily send an alert with a simple action.
  
• Ajax HomeSiren system: Instantly activates an alarm sound, helping hotel staff respond quickly in the event of an incident.
  
• Ajax Rex 2 System: With just 4 signal extenders and 1 hub, the system was fully set up for the entire 37-story hotel. This solution not only ensures stable signal but also optimizes costs and deployment time. Ajax devices use radio waves with Jeweller's proprietary protocol, allowing devices to connect over an impressive distance.

Remarkably, the entire installation process for nearly 30 saunas took only 5 days and was monitored and fine-tuned remotely for a week without disrupting the hotel's operations.

4. Results achieved

Enhanced safety : Guests staying at Novotel can now enjoy the sauna with peace of mind thanks to a reliable safety support system.

Cost and operational optimization: The project was completed quickly without Novotel closing any rooms, minimizing the impact on revenue.

Superior efficiency: With just one hub and four wave diffusers, the system not only operates smoothly but also significantly reduces installation complexity compared to conventional solutions.
